At Amicci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
